All players will receive two * five week programs (10 sessions).
· The players are grouped based on ability and will be trained on team concepts.
· All sessions are conducted on Friday evenings @ Cloverdale Athletic Park Turf #3.

· This program is available to all age eligible players not participating in SUPA (Team Registration)
· All players will receive two * five week programs (10 sessions).
· All sessions are conducted on Wednesday evenings @ Cloverdale Athletic Park Turf #3.

· All goalkeepers will receive a ten (10) week training program.

· An additional five week program maybe added after Christmas : Feb 6 th , 13 th , 20 th , 27 th , Mar 6 th ($60/player): TBC
