Here are the 2008-2009 pre-season and early winter practice schedules.

The pre-season practices will be mainly on our grass fields and this schedule will run from August 4th 2008 and finish on August 29th 2008.
Thereafter, we shall terminate our grass practices in order to ensure our grass fields last the entire season and we shall adopt the Early Winter practice schedule which will run from September 1st to November 28th 2008.
At that time, the Football season will finish and we shall be the beneficiary of some additional allocations.

In allocating practice slots here are some fundamental principles that we have adopted over the years and which have served us well.

1. Metro, Gold, Silver and Bronze teams will all be allocated two practice nights per week.
2. Red teams will initially be allocated one practice time per week.
   If they require additional practice they can now submit an e-mail request and we shall be happy to accommodate where possible.
3. Teams that play their games on Sundays should expect to have a Friday night and a midweek (Tuesday or Wednesday) practice.
4. Teams that play their games on Saturdays should expect to get a Monday night and a midweek (Wednesday or Thursday) practice.
5. Younger age teams are expected to take the earlier slots and older teams are expected to take the later slots.

The club has already received 46 special requests from coaches and we have done our utmost to accommodate their preferences and special circumstances, these schedules leave little room for change.
Please understand that it is not possible for everyone to practice on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7.00pm
If you see some gaps where you might see an opening that suits your circumstances the club will be receptive to requests on an e-mail basis only. They will be treated on a first come first served basis.

For select teams under the Guildford/Surrey alliance you will be sent your allocation for your second session of the week via a separate communication as this will come from Guildford's allocations.
