The Surrey United Soccer Clubhouse, located within the Cloverdale Athletic Park, can be booked for team meetings/social functions on Fridays after 6 pm and Saturdays and Sundays. The clubhouse is outfitted with a big screen TV, a music system and comfortable seating.

Please call Tara Wark at 604-576-4052 or email gordtara@telus.net to book the clubhouse. A minimum of 48 hours notice is required. Tara will provide a return phone call or email to confirm your booking. A $100 damage/cleaning deposit is also required to be dropped off when picking up the key. It will be returned once a visual inspection is made of the clubhouse.

Rental policies and procedures:

1) Call a minimum of 48 hours before booking date.
2) Designate a team contact person that will be responsible for picking up and dropping off the rental key.
3) Clean the clubhouse after use - sweep, mop, empty garbage etc...
4) The gym equipment is off limits, at all times.
5) No food and/or drink are allowed on the exercise mats.
6) Return (replace) all furniture after use.

Please treat the clubhouse like you would your own home.

Teams that abuse these rules will lose their privileges to rent the clubhouse and may have to pay for additional cleaning/repair services.
