Back for Summer 2026, The sessions will be led by fully certified SUSC Technical coaches and is designed to give young soccer players a fun environment to enjoy soccer with their friends. The objective of this program will be to give players a relaxed environment to play a variation of small-sided games. See all the details here: SUMMER NIGHTS GAMES 2026 SUSC Summer Camps hosted at Cloverdale Athletic Park on the weeks of: WK 1 July 13 - July 17 WK 2 July 27 - July 31 WK 3 August 10 - August 14 WK 4 August 24 - August 28 The camps will be 5 days, with 2 to 2.5 hours of daily training focused on individual and small group skill development for players born between 2012 and 2020. All camps are led by our professional, certified Technical Club Coaches. Full camp descriptions are below: Skill Zone Summer Camp - This soccer camp is for 2012-2020 born players and will consist of fun practice enhancing technical skills including the 6 core cuts/turns, 1 v 1 moves, passing/receiving, ball mastery and basic ball striking/finishing - goal scoring. Soccer Conditioning & Strength Training Summer Camp - This camp is for 2012-2014 born players and will focus on age-specific speed, agility and conditioning training, as well as a high focus on technical skill development. This camp will build on the highly successful SUSC Speed and Quickness training program offered during the fall/winter season. There will be a weight training component included in this program. All weight training is a part of the SUSC Strength and Fitness Program and is both age and program specific. Goalkeeper Training Summer Camp - The Goalkeeper Training Camp is for 2012-2018 born players and provides participants with position specific technique and position specific conditioning & movements. High-Performance Summer Camp - Athletes will have the opportunity to work with our Senior Technical Staff to work on high proficiency training skills and activities. This camp is for Players who have accepted a roster position with a Fall/Winter Season BCSPL (2009-2014), Div 1 (2009 - 2014). This program is by invitation only. Selected players will receive an invitation and registration link directly through Otto Sport. NEW: Sylvan Learning Camps For families seeking a more comprehensive summer camp experience for their 2016-2013 born athlete that combines athletics with academic enrichment, Sylvan Learning Camps are available in the afternoons at Cloverdale Athletic Park either as a standalone afternoon camp or a combo camp with our morning Skill Zone soccer camp. The cost of these camps represent more than a 25% discount off standard Sylvan rates, with sessions delivered conveniently onsite at the Cloverdale Athletic Park Clubhouse. As part of the agreement, Unity FC will relocate its game day and training operations to Cloverdale Athletic Park for the 2024 League1 BC regular season. The agreement will enhance Surrey United SC’s already well-developed Long-Term Player Development player pathway, providing additional player and coaching opportunities for individuals within Surrey United SC programs and Club operations. Surrey United offers an Adaptive Soccer Program to ensure all children can learn and enjoy the sport of soccer without barriers to participation. Toutes les formations seront adaptées à l'âge et au niveau et comprendront les éléments suivants : Accélération / Décélération Rapidité Transfert de puissance et de poids en sprint Correction de la forme et du style de course (biomécanique appropriée) Remarque - ce n'est pas un programme de conditionnement. L'accent sera davantage mis sur la qualité (style) que sur la quantité (fatigue des athlètes). Attentes de fréquentation Bien que nous soyons ici pour aider les athlètes à s'améliorer, le personnel d'entraîneurs comprend que les enfants ont de nombreuses activités. Il existe cependant une forte corrélation entre l'assiduité et l'amélioration sportive. Les participants bénéficieront davantage du programme plus ils pourront y assister. This is our seasonal coach and manager appreciation event to thank you for all you do! Come out and play or come out just to support your fellow coaches and managers. We will have the same format as in previous years - 8 v 8, four game, round robin tournament with teams being RANDOMLY assembled by the organizers. This event will take place in the evening of Saturday, May 2nd, KO at 8:00pm (arrival 7:30) at Cloverdale Athletic Park. There is an ADULT ONLY social following the game(s) in “The Barn”.
