Did you know that all registered players, official coaches and team managers in our club are automatically covered under BC Soccer’s insurance program?
This coverage is provided to every full member association and its affiliated clubs and teams, helping protect you during sanctioned practices and games.

Submitting a Claim
If you ever need to file a claim, please complete the required claim form and obtain any supporting doctor or dentist statements.
Email all documents to riskmanagement@surreyunitedsoccer.com
so the club can review and complete its portion before you submit to the insurance company.
