Player Assessments, Select Team Formation and New, Out-of-Club Players Looking to Join the Club

Surrey United SC runs a player development system that includes a season-long assessment process for player support and advancement. All players are primarily assessed in their team environment and through additional development programs and academies. At older ages (U14+) the assessment process is more directed towards player retention and establishing which players will be returning for another season of soccer. The club aims to place all players at the most appropriate playing level to maximize their development and enjoyment of the sport.

Any out of club players interested in joining a Surrey United Select Team for the 2026-27 Fall/Winter Season must fill out the Out-of-Club Interested Player Form.

 

New Players to SUSC | Out-of-Club Interested Players

Our club is welcoming and supportive of any new players wanting to join SUSC teams and/or programs. We provide an inclusive, diverse, and non-discriminatory environment in which players feel welcome and safe and we work to provide all players with the support necessary to participate in soccer for life at the highest level of competition available for their individual skill level.

• If you are an out-of-club player interested only in playing community / house level soccer, you do not need to submit the Out of Club Interested Player Form, registration for Fall/Winter season is completed online beginning February 1, 2026 will place you on a community / house level team automatically. The earlier you register the more payment options you will have available to you for the related fees.

• All out-of-club 2016-2009 born players interested in being considered for a Fall/Winter 2026/27 Season Select Team or a BCSPL Pre-Intake Development Team must submit the Out-of-Club Interested Player Form.  Players will only be contacted if there is an opportunity in the age group. 

​

• All 2014-2009 born Out-of-Club Players interested in joining a SUSC BCSPL team CLICK HERE for information on that process.
