GENERAL REGISTRATION INFORMATION

 

Registration Details and Deadlines

Registration fees and details for each season of play are found in the Registration FAQs.

How to Register

To register to play soccer with Surrey United Soccer Club simply click on the REGISTER NOW button above. to register through PowerUp.​ There is no in-person registration unless specifically advertised.

PowerUp Account Setup

  • Create the parent/adult account setup

  • Add the child as a player  

  • Select ‘Edit Player’ to upload the player's photo (Headshot) and the player's Birth Certificate  

  • Registrants without online access can register online with the assistance of a friend, relative, employer, or via public facilities (local libraries provide free online access)​​

Items Required for PowerUp Account Setup

  • Credit Card information

  • Birth Certificate or Passport for each new player (CareCards are NOT acceptable)

  • CURRENT photo of players for ID cards (Have HEADSHOT only ready to upload)

  • Registrations missing any of the above-noted items will not be completed

   

Payment

  • Registration fee payments must be made online by credit card (VISA or MasterCard) 

    • NO CHEQUES OR CASH ACCEPTED 

    • Prepaid VISA/MasterCard are accepted

Refunds

Refunds are governed by Club Policy located here: https://www.surreyunitedsoccer.com/club-policies and we hold to our policy to avoid any discrimination in its application. It is your responsibility to read it very carefully and understand the requirements and deadlines within. 

 

Financial Assistance Resources

If you are applying for financial assistance (e.g. KidSport, Jumpstart, etc.), the application is your responsibility and not the responsibility of the Surrey United Soccer Club. You must contact info@surreyunitedsoccer.com for application for funding before the registration deadlines. Once received, the Registrar team will make arrangements with you for online registration. Your registration must then be completed on POWERUP by the registration deadline.

If the funding received does not match the total registration fee due, you will be responsible for the remaining balance at the time of registration. If additional support for fees is requested, or hardship has fallen on your family that cannot be met through the programs listed, please email our Registrars for assistance with registration and additional Surrey United Soccer Club hardship program information.

Family Rate*

  • Full registration fees must be paid for the two oldest children of the family.

  • Subsequent children pay 50% of their applicable base registration fees.

  • Please contact the registrar to have a PROMO code issued for this discount if applicable to your family. 

  • Please note that the family rate does not include the U5 program (Future Prospects Program)

 

*NOTE: A family is considered to be siblings who reside in the same household.

If you are having difficulty with the system or have questions that have not been answered by our FAQs please email our Registrars for assistance. Registrars do not know what days of the week practices are held, nor do they have information as to a player's placement or status of application/evaluation for any select program. Please only contact the Registrars once you have reviewed the FAQs.
