Mentorship Program
The SUSC Mentorship Program is sponsored by Coast Capital Savings and is being offered through Surrey United SC. This program is:

An initiative supported by the Surrey school district

In place to give all U16 - U18 SUSC players the opportunity to join the staff of a mini or youth SUSC team or academy programs as a mentor/volunteer coach

Students can use SUSC volunteer hours towards school credit
This program is designed to best prepare graduating SUSC players for post-secondary school and programs. We will be hosting seminars and on-field sessions starting in September; all registrants will receive all program/session details including the time, location, etc.

Intro to Business Management & Leadership
Attendees will be provided with insights into the challenges of the organization and business management in a sports organization including event management, budgeting, scheduling, and governance aspects of sports operations.
Leadership & Goal Setting
This discussion will focus on the importance of time management and goal setting. Also there will be a strong focus on leadership qualities and management skills. There will be keynote speakers that will share their experiences and will provide very valuable tips and suggestions for young leaders to incorporate in their everyday life, education, sports etc.
SUSC Social Media & Video Analysis
Mentees will have the opportunity to join a short seminar on our club's communications plan and video analysis strategy. After the seminar, participants can get involved in SUSC’s social media strategy, including creating content for Club events and contributing to video analysis projects
