Important Reminders

• the club pays for all courses. See below for getting a registration code

• there is an online component for each course that must be completed FIRST / before you can be included on these on-field sessions below.

• all participants in the online portion of the courses will be confirmed by Ronan Kelly 48 hrs before the start of the session. NO WALK-UPS WILL BE PERMITTED DUE TO BC SOCCER ADMIN RULES. 

• space in each course is limited and will close once the maximum allowance is met

Step 1: Determine What Age Group You Will Be Coaching

U6: Active Start  

U7-U9: Fundamentals 

U10-U12: Learn to Train  

U13+: Soccer for Life 

 

Step 2: Fill out this very short online form to sign-up for the course that corresponds to the age group you will be coaching in Fall 2023. This information will be used by SUSC to purchase tokens to cover all expenses for your registration.  CLICK HERE FOR FORM   

  

DO NOT PAY FOR THE COURSE ONCE FOLLOWING THE NEXT STEPS. THE CLUB WILL SEND YOU A REGISTRATION CODE TO COVER THE EXPENSE OF THE COURSE. **PLEASE ALLOW A FEW DAYS FOR THE CODE WHILE WE VERIFY YOU ARE A REGISTERED SUSC COACH.

 

Step 3: Create A Coach Centre Account 

• CLICK HERE to create an account or login if you have an existing account. 

• Once logged in click the My Profile > Profile tab in the top left corner of the page. 

• Update your email. 

• Click Submit. 

  

Step 4: Complete The Online Theory Component (Part 1) 

• CLICK HERE to select the appropriate course and complete the payment process. 

• You will be sent an email from noreply@smarteru.com please follow the instructions on the email. IMPORTANT: please make sure when registering for a Canada Soccer SmarterU account that your name and email are identical to your name and primary email on the Coach Centre. 

• You will need to complete Coaching Soccer In Canada (only once) before you will be able to access and complete any of the 4 Grassroots Coaching Courses applicable to you.  

  

Step 5: Complete the On-Field Practical Workshop (Part 2) at the date and time listed below or find another date at a different time if you need flexibility by clicking -> HERE.

Learn to Train - Oct. 15, 2023 @ 10:30am-2:30pm
