U8-U10 NEW Development Stream Program

The technical plan of our Development Stream Program will change significantly based on the CSA Club Licensing process. The new implementation of changing our Surrey United Development Academy (SUDA) is to meet the requirements of the CSA Skills Centre standards. Our groups will be on the leading edge of what is taking place across the country and the workload for the season will generally look like this (subject to final program design in summer 2023):

1 academy session
1 team/Pod training session
1 weekend game
Monthly age-group development sessions
Possible tournament opportunities (user pay)
There will be a technical lead for each age group and gender who will be the main point of contact for all coaches
There will be approximately 20 weekends of competition for the 2023/24 season
