Surrey United Heads to Canada Soccer PDP Nationals

Surrey United Soccer Club is proud to celebrate two BCSPL teams heading to the 2026 Canada Soccer PDP Championships in Montreal, Quebec!

Our 2011 BCSPL Boys and 2009 BCSPL Girls have both earned the opportunity to represent Surrey United on the national stage, competing against some of Canada's top youth teams from August 26–30.

Qualifying for PDP Nationals is an outstanding achievement and the result of a tremendous amount of work throughout the season from our players, coaches, team staff and families. We are incredibly proud to see two Surrey United teams make the trip to Montreal.

The 2011 Boys head to Montreal led by:

Ronan Kelly – Head Coach

Ravi Mehan – Assistant Coach

Ashley Damiani – Team Manager

The boys have earned their place among the country's top teams and will have the opportunity to test themselves against high-level competition from across Canada.

Our 2009 Girls will also proudly represent Surrey United at Nationals, led by:

Mariah Wright – Head Coach

Wally Pineda – Assistant Coach

Rebecca Lowrey – Team Manager

Their qualification is a fantastic accomplishment for the players and staff and another exciting opportunity to showcase Surrey United soccer on the national stage as they look to complete their youth careers at Surrey United.

Troye Flannery, Technical Director, will lead the Surrey United contingent in Montreal, supporting both teams and their staff throughout the Championships.

Having two teams qualify for PDP Nationals is an achievement our entire club can be proud of. It reflects not only the commitment of these players and coaches, but also the continued strength and development of Surrey United's BCSPL program.
