Fall Speed & Quickness Program

Program Details

The Surrey United SC Speed and Quickness Program is a 10-week player development program for U13-U16 (2007-2010 born) players. This is an extremely popular player development program that focuses on the technique and specific muscles for speed, power and quick movements. The program curriculum is designed to provide participants with supplemental training sessions, which will complement their soccer practices and other activities. The head instructor of the session is SUSC Athletics Lead Nick Colyn. Nick is a stand-out track athlete in the Trinity Western University track program and has run many athletics programs in the past at SUSC and other club programs. 

This program will be held Monday nights at Cloverdale Athletic Park.

  • Sept 19, 26, 

  • Oct 3, 17, 24, (no session Oct 10th or Oct 31st)

  • Nov 7, 14, 21, 28

  • Dec 5



U13-U16 (2007-2010) players

Training times

  • 6:00pm - 7:15pm (2008-2010G)

  • 7:15pm - 8:30pm (2008-2010B)

Space in all academies is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis only. Registration for any age groups will close once capacity is reached.
