Surrey United - Speed & Quickness Program - Winter 2021
SUSC is pleased to offer a WINTER PHASE for the Speed & Quickness Program for players/athletes for U13 - U15. This 7-week program will build off of the massive success of the fall phase, where participation numbers and overall effort from the athletes were exceptional. The training will focus on developing the techniques and specific muscles for speed, power, and quick movements. The program curriculum is designed to provide participants with supplemental training sessions, which will compliment their soccer practices and other activities.
The lead instructor will be SUSC Staff Coach, Nick Colyn. Nick is a stand-out track athlete in the Trinity Western University track program and has run an athletics program in the past at SUSC and other club programs.
There will be 2 x 1-hour sessions being offered on Monday nights on CAP #1 turf; 6:00pm - 7:00pm & 7:15pm - 8:15pm. Due to Covid related restrictions, there’s a limit on the number of registrants in both groups so early registration is encouraged. See all program and registration details below.

Space in all academies is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. The registration will close if capacity is reached.
