Surrey United - Speed & Quickness Program
SUSC is pleased to offer a recently introduced and extremely popular program for U13 (2009) - U16 players (2006); the Speed & Quickness Program is a 12-week program that will focus on developing the techniques and specific muscles for speed, power and quick movements. The program curriculum is designed to provide participants with supplemental training sessions, which will complement their soccer practices and other activities. The head instructor of the session is SUSC Athletics Lead Nick Colyn. Nick is a stand-out track athlete in the Trinity Western University track program and has run many athletics programs in the past at SUSC and other club programs.
There will be 2 x 1-hour sessions being offered on Monday nights on CAP #1 turf; 5:15pm - 6:15pm & 6:15pm - 7:15pm for this program. There’s a limit on the number of registrants in both groups so early registration is encouraged. See all program and registration details below.

Space in all academies is limited and offered on first come first served basis. The registration for any age-group and/or session will close once capacity is reached.
